Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Foshan, Guangdong, China.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require an additional 5–7 days for production. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address provided at checkout. However, if your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website or our tracking tool on our store.
