Governing Law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of this website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Foshan, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China.

 

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JI JADE regarding your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
